The service we have received so far has been amazing and one of the best parts is that his pillow inners are made entirely from recycled plastic bottles, so fits our sustainability piece perfectly! They are also very affordable.

Points of difference: – Vendella do not have a middle man they are the source, distributor, warehouse and service. This means their communication is accurate and efficient. – Emails are responded to within the hour. – If an order is placed before 1pm it is dispatched same day and delivered the next. – The quality of the product supersedes any other suppliers we have used previously. – Delivery is free on all orders meaning more accuracy. – Their bedding is all ‘DreamGreen’ which is major for Accor and us as a property; all their products are made from recycled bottles. With each purchase we are provided with a running total on the website of how many bottles we have recycled.

I stumbled across Vendella Australia and ordered samples of their pillows. The fact that they are made responsibly, well priced and perfect for the needs of our 4 Star Resort here at Whale Watch on North Stradbroke Island.

We have since ordered more pillows along with the quilts, and we are extremely happy with the quality and service provided by Vendella. We have referred Vendella on to other resorts who share the same ethos when it comes to minimalizing our carbon footprint.
