Your service is impeccable, and your people, especially Jim.  I couldn’t speak more highly of Jim, He is fantastic! Also having the items sent for certain units at one time, rather than everything at once, made a huge difference.  We were able to concentrate on getting a number of rooms completed before moving onto the next ones.

BACKGROUND

Durham Court Motor Inn is in an ideal location, being only a short stroll to Tauranga city center and all that it has to offer including; cafes, shops, restaurants and other local attractions. The Motor Inn offers value for money accommodation with families, business executives, and groups of travelers in mind. Consisting of 21 freshly renovated rooms including studio rooms, spacious rooms, 1-bedroom, and family suites. With facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, and an onsite laundry, it is a stress-free place to stay.

INFO ABOUT PROJECT

The current owners bought a rundown motel which needed to be completely refurbished. They asked Michelle and Neil Stewart to help them with the project. The rooms were completely gutted from floor to ceiling, with the previous room contents given away. Having known Vendella for a number of years, Michelle got in contact looking for help and guidance with the refurbishment. She requested one of our account managers visit them, and Jim Boakes leapt at the opportunity to share his knowledge. Going through each room and working with Michelle and Neil, Jim gave suggestions as to what products would work well, gave sound advice, and answered any questions they had. To give Michelle and Neil an idea of what the rooms would look like, Jim organised samples so they could trial the bedcovers etc.

Durham Court Motor Inn chose Vendella to help with their refurbishment because we were long-time suppliers of theirs. They love dealing with us because of our service and work ethics. When it came to delivery, we were able to pack and send goods for a certain number of the units at once, giving the owners time to set the rooms up completely before moving onto the next lot of rooms.
