BACKGROUND

As with the success of their other hotels, the Hilton Resort & Spa has established itself as one of the regions finest luxury accommodations. This perfectly positioned resort is located only steps from the shores of the picturesque and tranquil Lake Wakatipu. Despite this it is only a short ferry ride to all of the bustling bars, restaurants and shops. The establishment had a relationship with our Account Managers and got in touch as they had had previous good experiences with Vendella and knew of the wide, fit for purpose product range.

THE PROJECT

Frederic (the Director of Operations) requested samples and specifications of products of interest and these were supplied, along with relevant information and advice. Frederic said that the communication was easy, and the quick response times helped things run smoothly and efficiently.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVED / REASONS FOR PARTNERING WITH VENDELLA

Clear communication on order delivery times was important in the roll out and implementation. Reasons for the Hilton Resort & Spa partnering with Vendella were that fact that we are local, the fast response times, clear information, accurate pricing and quotation, and availability of product.
